Total rebuild of fire damaged properties

Works:

  • Cuplok Independent scaffolding for access to fire-damaged properties.
  • Scaffold to be built progressively inward using beams and building ties, to full height.
  • Scaffold erection requires beams within the existing building to be exposed for the purpose of tying in and scaffold stability – this would be at approximately 7m height, as discussed on site.
  • 4nr sets of double beams at 8.00m length required at lower sections where property protrudes from main building.
  • 4nr sets of double beams at 4.00m length required at lower sections where property protrudes from main building. · 24nr beams at 8.00m length required at higher sections [laced and braced] to provide direct access to fire-damaged roof.
  • All scaffold platform boards will require to be lashed and tied to the main scaffold structure due to wind risk – this would be at approximately 7m height and above, as discussed on site. Front elevation scaffold was built and enclosed for demo works to be safely dropped into skip below on ground.
