Formerly home to St Paul’s church, this regeneration project included the demolition and site clearance works prior to the construction of 12 new cottage flats and houses for Almondavle Housing Association.

Located on a constrained site in Ladywell, Livingston a collaborative working approach with Almondvale Housing Association ensured the project was delivered within agreed time-scales and costs.
